Danielle Chéri sets a new tone in the underground hip hop scene, releasing her debut album “Dear___,____ Yours Truly”, in March of 2012.
Starting her career as a spoken word artist in Minneapolis, MN, Danielle Chéri now performs at local venues around the Twin Cities. Bringing a traditional sense of poetry to her music, and adding a twist with various original melodies and sounds that add a unique sound and vibe to underground hip hop.
Working with various artist and producers from around the United States, Danielle Chéri writes of love, loss, epiphanies, lessons, and life from the mind of a romantic, a traveler, a dreamer, and a thinker.
